Our fudge is made in our shop (Under the Nose) by the owner, Tom, who insists upon consistency, quality and deliciousness! Each batch is watched over carefully and made with butter, cream, sugar and other ingredients to create amazing flavors. . . .some you are likely familiar with and some that would shock dear 'ol granny!
